AI agents that do the work, not just talk about it

We build custom AI agents with real tool access — reading your systems, taking actions, escalating to humans when they should. Scoped properly, guard-railed properly, and measured on resolution rate rather than how clever the demo looked.

45 minutes with an engineer, not a salesperson. We define the job the agent would do, the tools it needs, and what could go wrong.

The problem

Most AI agent projects fail in the same four places

We have picked up enough stalled builds to know exactly where they come apart. Here is what we design against from the first day.

The demo worked, production did not

It answered beautifully on ten curated questions and fell apart on the eleventh, because nobody built an evaluation set from real conversations.

No hands, only a mouth

It can describe what a customer should do, but it cannot check the order, issue the refund or update the record — so a human still does all the work.

Nobody knows when to trust it

There is no confidence signal, no escalation rule and no log, so the team quietly stops relying on it and goes back to the queue.

Costs that scale the wrong way

Token spend rises faster than deflected tickets, because the architecture retrieves everything, every time, from the largest model available.

What you achieve

What changes once the agent is actually working

Measured on your own historic conversations during the pilot, against a success bar we agree before we build — not claimed in advance.

40–70%

Of tier-one resolved

Routine contacts closed end to end without a human, at any hour, including the ones that arrive at 2am on a Sunday.

Seconds

To first response

Every enquiry acknowledged, understood and either answered or triaged before a competitor has opened their inbox.

100%

Actions logged

Every tool call permissioned, recorded and reversible. Nothing happens in your systems that you cannot trace.

0

Public model training

Your conversations stay in your tenancy on enterprise endpoints with retention disabled.

Without a proper agent
Customers wait overnight for an answer that takes thirty seconds to give
Your team spends its day on password resets and order-status questions
The chatbot deflects the easy questions and annoys everyone with the rest
Nobody can say what percentage it actually resolves, only what it deflects
Costs climb with volume because every conversation hits the largest model
With a FITSOL agent
Routine contacts are resolved in seconds, around the clock, in full
Your specialists get the complex work, already summarised and triaged
It checks the order, issues the refund, updates the record — real actions
Resolution rate, CSAT and cost per conversation reported every month
Retrieval and model routing tuned so unit cost falls as volume rises
Size it yourself

What is your support queue costing you?

Move the sliders to match your own volumes. Indicative only — we measure the real resolution rate against your historic conversations during the pilot.

Based on handling time saved at a loaded hourly cost. Excludes the revenue effect of faster response, which is usually the larger number.

Capability

The agents we build

Each one scoped to a specific job, with a measurable definition of done agreed before a line of code is written.

Customer support agents

Resolve tier-one queries end to end — order status, returns, billing, account changes — with live system access and a clean hand-off to your team when needed.

Sales and revenue agents

Qualify inbound enquiries in seconds, enrich them, book meetings straight into calendars and chase the follow-ups your reps never get to.

Internal copilots

A colleague that knows your policies, contracts, product data and past tickets, answers with citations, and drafts the reply in your tone of voice.

Operations agents

Monitor queues, exceptions and alerts, take the routine corrective action, and raise a properly written ticket when they cannot.

Multi-agent systems

Specialist agents with a supervising orchestrator, for work that genuinely needs planning, delegation and review — used only where a single agent would not do.

Guardrails and evaluation

Prompt-injection defence, scope limits, PII redaction, action allow-lists and a regression suite that runs before every release.

How it fits together

The blueprint we build to

Every engagement is designed as a system, not a feature. This is the shape of it — reviewed and agreed with you before a line of code is written.

How we deliver

A clear route from idea to impact

Every engagement follows the same five stages, so you always know where you are, what comes next and what you are paying for. No mystery, no drift.

01

Discover

We read your real transcripts, agree the one job the agent will do, and find where it must never act alone.

Week 1
02

Define

Success bar, tool allow-list, escalation rules and an evaluation set built from your own conversations.

Week 1–2
03

Design

Retrieval, prompts, guardrails and the hand-off experience your team will actually receive.

Week 2
04

Deliver

Built, benchmarked across candidate models, shadow-run against live traffic, then released behind a gate.

Weeks 2–5
05

Optimise

Scored continuously, tuned on failures, cost per conversation driven down as volume grows.

Week 6 onward

Technology

Built on the platforms you already license

We benchmark rather than default. Model choice is decided on your own evaluation set — accuracy, latency and cost — and the architecture lets you swap later without a rebuild.

Why FITSOL

Why teams bring their agent work to us

The hard part of an agent is not making it talk. It is deciding what it may do, proving it does that reliably, and keeping the cost sane as volume grows. Six reasons teams pick us for that:

Before you call

The questions we are always asked

What actually makes something an agent rather than a chatbot?
Tool access and autonomy. A chatbot returns text. An agent decides which action to take, calls your systems to take it, checks the result, and either continues or escalates. That capability is what creates the value — and what makes guardrails non-negotiable.
Which model do you use?
Whichever wins on your task. We benchmark candidates — Claude, GPT, Gemini and open-weight models — against your own evaluation set for accuracy, latency and cost, then design so the model can be swapped later without a rebuild.
How do you stop it inventing answers?
Retrieval grounding with citations, strict scope boundaries, structured outputs where the answer must be exact, confidence thresholds that trigger escalation, and an automated regression suite that catches drift before a release ships.
Can it take actions in our live systems?
Yes, through an explicit allow-list of permitted tool calls. Anything outside that list is refused. High-impact actions such as refunds or cancellations can be set to require human confirmation.
What does it cost to run?
That depends on volume, model choice and how tightly the retrieval is designed — which is exactly why we model cost per conversation during the pilot and optimise it before you scale. Poorly architected agents routinely cost several times more than necessary for the same output.
Do we own what you build?
Yes. Code, prompts, evaluation sets and documentation are yours. We are happy to hand the whole thing to your internal team, or to keep running it for you.
How long until we see something real?
Four weeks to a working agent running on your own data and systems, measured against the success bar we agreed at the start.
