Enterprise AI Development · UK & US

You have twenty AI pilots. You need three in production.

FITSOL helps large organisations turn scattered AI experiments into a governed capability — prioritised by value, built on solid data foundations, integrated with the systems that run the business, and defensible to your risk committee.

Request an AI readiness assessment

A structured review of your data, platform, governance and portfolio, benchmarked against comparable organisations and delivered as a board-ready document.

The problem

The problems that only appear at enterprise scale

Building one model is an engineering task. Running forty across a regulated, federated, multi-system organisation is a different discipline entirely.

Pilot purgatory

Every function has run something promising. Almost nothing has crossed into production, because nobody owns the path from proof of concept to supported service.

Foundations that will not carry the load

Data is fragmented across business units, lineage is undocumented and quality varies by source — so every model starts by rebuilding the same pipeline.

Risk cannot sign it off

There is no model inventory, no bias testing, no documented decision logic and no monitoring — so Legal and Risk block deployment, correctly.

Value nobody can evidence

Spend is visible in the budget and benefit is not, because success was never defined in financial terms before the work began.

What you achieve

What an executive committee can finally see

The outputs that move an AI programme from a standing agenda item to a funded capability — validated against your own portfolio during the assessment.

2–4 wks

To a costed roadmap

A prioritised portfolio with value, feasibility and risk scored, and owners and budgets against each item.

3

Regimes mapped

EU AI Act, the NIST AI Risk Management Framework and ISO/IEC 42001, applied proportionately by risk tier.

1

Route to production

A single repeatable industrialisation pattern every use case follows, instead of five teams inventing five.

100%

Cases with a business case

Baselined before build and tracked afterwards, in the language your finance team already uses.

Where most programmes are stuck
Twenty pilots, none of them supported, none of them owned
Each team rebuilds the same pipeline because nothing is reusable
Risk and Legal block deployment, and they are right to
No inventory of what models exist, where they run or who approved them
Spend is visible in the budget and benefit is visible nowhere
With a FITSOL programme
A funded portfolio of three to five things that will genuinely scale
Shared data foundations and reusable AI services every team builds on
Governance that speeds approval up rather than blocking it
A live model inventory, risk-tiered, documented and monitored
Quarterly benefit reporting your CFO recognises as real
Size it yourself

What is pilot purgatory costing you?

Move the sliders to match your own portfolio. Indicative only — the readiness assessment produces the real figure from your actual programme.

Get the real number for your portfolio

Counts programme spend converted from stalled to shipped. Excludes the business value the shipped use cases then create, which is the larger number.

Capability

Where we come in

Strategy through to production and support — or any single stage where your programme has stalled.

AI strategy & portfolio

Opportunities identified across the business, sized for value and feasibility, sequenced into a roadmap with owners, costs and expected returns attached.

Data & platform foundations

Lakehouse and warehouse architecture, pipelines, governance, lineage and quality on Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS or Google — the groundwork everything else depends on.

MLOps & AI engineering

Reproducible training, CI/CD for models, feature stores, versioning, drift detection and monitoring, so models are operated rather than abandoned.

Governance & model risk

Model inventory, risk tiering, bias and fairness testing, explainability, documentation and approval workflow aligned to the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 42001.

Enterprise integration

AI embedded into SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, Dynamics and your bespoke estate, where the work already happens rather than in a separate portal.

Capability & enablement

Operating model design, role definition, hiring support, and training for executives and practitioners — so the capability outlives the engagement.

How it fits together

The blueprint we build to

Every engagement is designed as a system, not a feature. This is the shape of it — reviewed and agreed with you before a line of code is written.

How we deliver

A clear route from idea to impact

Every engagement follows the same five stages, so you always know where you are, what comes next and what you are paying for. No mystery, no drift.

01

Discover

Interviews across business units, a full inventory of what exists, and an honest read on data and platform maturity.

Weeks 1–2
02

Define

The portfolio scored and sequenced, business cases written with finance, and a costed roadmap your board can approve.

Weeks 2–4
03

Design

Target architecture, governance framework, operating model and the standards every use case will follow.

Month 2
04

Deliver

Foundations built, priority use cases industrialised, and your own engineers working alongside ours throughout.

Months 2–6
05

Optimise

Models monitored for drift, controls audited, benefit tracked quarterly, capability handed to your team.

Why FITSOL

Why enterprises appoint us

Strategy without delivery produces a document nobody executes. Delivery without strategy produces the pilot backlog you already have. Six reasons large organisations bring us both:

FITSOL is the trading name of Future IT Consultancy Limited, registered in England & Wales (No. 07644491), headquartered in Manchester and delivering across the UK and United States.

Before you call

The questions we are always asked

Are you a consultancy or a build partner?
Both, and that is deliberate. Strategy without delivery produces a document nobody executes; delivery without strategy produces the pilot backlog you already have. The same team takes an idea from prioritisation through to a supported production service.
How do you handle AI governance and regulation?
We build a model inventory, tier each use case by risk, and apply proportionate controls — bias and fairness testing, explainability, human oversight, documentation and monitoring — mapped to the EU AI Act, the NIST AI Risk Management Framework and ISO/IEC 42001, plus any sector regime that applies to you.
Can you work with our existing systems integrator?
Yes. We frequently work alongside incumbent partners, either as the AI specialists inside a larger programme or as the independent party assuring the AI workstream. We do not require you to displace anyone.
What about our data being fragmented?
That is the usual starting position. The readiness assessment establishes what is genuinely needed for your priority use cases, rather than proposing an enterprise-wide data programme before any value is delivered. Foundations get built incrementally, in the order the roadmap requires.
Do you help us build an internal AI capability?
Yes, and we design for it. Operating model, role definitions, hiring input, standards, and training for both executives and practitioners. Knowledge transfer is a contractual deliverable, not an afterthought.
How do you demonstrate return on investment?
Every use case carries a business case agreed with your finance team before build, with a baseline measured beforehand and benefit tracked afterwards. Quarterly reporting shows the portfolio against those numbers.
What does the readiness assessment produce?
A board-ready document: data, platform and governance maturity scored against comparable organisations, a portfolio of opportunities sized and ranked, and a costed twelve-month roadmap with owners against each item.
