We are looking for a driven, ambitious and energetic team player who can work with our Marketing team. You’ll thrive at the prospect of creating new designs for our marketing and PR campaigns, using all the creative tools at your disposal.

This role is for a Graphic Designer, developing and maintaining an engaging visual design library for Fitsol, encompassing its portfolio of services, their outcomes and benefits. The role will also involve the presentation of these design assets in the form or internal communications and compelling market communications across web, social and print media.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Development and strengthening of Fitsol’s visual identity delivered over a variety of media
2. Providing clear, understandable visual solutions to Fitsol’s marketing communications challenges
3. Production of compelling designs to strengthen Fitsol’s brand and appeal
4. Strengthen Fitsol’s visual identity and brand through a consistent and engaging use and development of the brand guidelines
5. Creating and maintaining the visual library of Fitsol, its services, values, customer benefits and ways of working as a working library from which the Marketing team and other departments can draw
6. Optimised delivery of design assets as part of broader marketing and communications across the website and digital media including social, as well as print
7. Involve the wider Marketing and Sales teams, as well as other senior stakeholders, in the design process for visuals through a prototyping style and efficient graphic designer experienced in technical situations for web, digital and print.
8. Work with supply agencies

Skills requirement:

1. Design experience of technical visual messaging in IT or other technology service markets
2. Experience of working in marketing environment of technical services
3. Demonstrable portfolio spanning web, social and print media
4. Demonstration of a ‘can do’ attitude and team player.
5. Optimisation of visual design assets as part of both the user experience and Digital SEO strategies
6. Strong design skills with the ability to option rapidly initial designs
7. Ability to generate a range of initial ideas quickly for subsequent refinement, potentially through several revisions – speed of early development essential
8. Ability to visualise abstract concepts as easily understood images in iconography and imagery
9. Ability to layout web pages and marketing communications for maximum impact
10. Ability to prepare and treat photography and video alongside visual designs

Qualifications & Positions:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related experience

Salary: GBP 22000 - 28000 Annual salary
