Procure plus Holdings Limited (PPH) had a central platform which consist of 19 individual system that were business critical systems developed by many developers over the years, all applications were developed in PHP and MYSQL, their core business activity is of regeneration of the physical and social activity the key players included housing society, tenants, land lords, equipment and raw material suppliers, contractors, tender, and bids. All these modules were integrated into a single platform.

The Challenge

  • We took up the challenge when we didn’t have any documentation worth the name including, technical specifications, flow charts, data base structure or even wireframes.
  • Our architects and consultants dig deep, brain stormed, held countless meeting to analyze the size, scale and magnitude of the project.
  • We build our own technical documentation that included – overall project requirement, technology platform, extent of work done, quality analysis of the work done, bugs, issues, concerns, pending modules, integration process and implementation strategies.
  • The major challenge was to ensure the services and deliverability of the organization is unaffected and simultaneously completes the project and deploys it successfully.
  • The documents submitting to the client were – Audit Report, Gap Analysis Report, Existing Scenario Report, Recommendations, Pending Modules, their Implementation Methodology ad Road Map Implementation Plan and Timeline.

The company was managing their entire process and the system manually, including the student registrations, their educational background, the colleges applied, payments and the follow ups.
